西比灵辅助抗痫药治疗难治性癫痫的临床观察

The clinical study of sibelium assist the antiepleptic drugs in the treatment of intractable epilepsy

目的 观察西比灵辅助抗痫药治疗难治性癫痫的疗效及安全性。方法 对 58例难治性癫痫患者采用西比灵辅助抗痫药治疗开放性自身对照临床研究。原服用抗痫药的种类和剂量不变 ,加用西比灵 (儿童 2 .5mg～ 5mg/d,成人 5mg～ 1 0mg/d,分早晚 2次服用 ,连续 6个月 )。结果 显效 30例 (51 .7% ) ,有效 1 8例 (31 % ) ,改善 4例 (6 .9% ) ,无效 6例 (1 0 .4% ) ,总有效率 89.65 %。 1 6例 (2 7.58% )出现头痛、头晕、嗜睡、乏力等副反应 ,但症状较轻 ,病人可耐受 ,不影响治疗 ,半月后自行消失。治疗前后病人的心电图及肝、肾、尿等化验检查均无异常改变。结论 西比灵是一种安全有效的辅助抗癫痫药 ,且对癫痫发作造成的神经元损伤有保护作用。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of sibelium assist the antiepleptic drugs in the treatment of intractable epilepsy. Method 58 cases of intractable epilepsies, who adopted the treatment of sibelium assist the antiepleptic drugs, with open clinical study comparing by oneself. The category and dosage of the antiepleptic drugs is remain, add to sibelium (child 2.5mg～5mg/d, adult 5mg～10mg/d, take it twice everyday, for six months). Results Ideal improvement 30(51.7%), affect 18(31%), improvement 4(6.9%), no improvement 6(10.4%), the total improvement rates is 89.65%. The 16 patients (27.58%) have some side effects of headache? dizziness?somnolence, but the symptoms is light, it does not change the treatment and disappear by oneself after half month. The ECG and the check of liver?kidney?urine of the patients have no change in the treatment. Conclusions Sibelium is a safety and efficacy drug as the assistant of the antiepleptic drugs,it protects the neurone hurt of epileptic seizures.
