摘要
分析了一种用于传统Boost变换器的软开关方案。电路中只使用了一个开关管以及最少的元件 ,但却获得了开关器件零电流开通和零电压关断的效果。文中通过仿真描述了这一电路的运行特点 。
A novel soft-switching boost converter using a single switch is proposed in this paper. This circuit is simple with minimum components. The only switch used in the converter is turned on with zero current and turned off at zero voltage. The EMI condition comparison between this circuit and traditional hard-switch converter is carried out. The simulation results prove its effectiveness in the reduction of EMI emission. Moreover, how the gate-controlled circuit improves the EMI suppression is also included.
