微波热凝与慢咽合剂联合治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎30例疗效观察

Treatment of Hypertrophic Pharyngitis by Microwave - Ther- mocoagulation and Manyan Mixture: A Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

目的:观察微波热凝与慢咽合剂联合治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性肥厚性咽炎患者60例,随机分为2组,微波热凝加慢咽合剂组(治疗组)采用微波热凝治疗后,加服慢咽合剂;微波热凝组(对照组),仅采用微波热凝治疗,治疗结束后2周评定疗效。结果:2组临床疗效经Ridit分析,治疗组优于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(u=3.1684,P<0.01);对自觉症状的影响,治疗组患者咽异物感明显比对照组轻,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);对咽部病损的影响,治疗组改善咽部淋巴滤泡增生优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);随访半年,治疗组复发率低,远期效果好。结论:微波热凝与慢咽合剂联合治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎可以明显提高疗效,其消除咽异物感及咽部淋巴滤泡增生与慢咽合剂具有祛瘀化痰、利咽散结的作用有关。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of microwave - thermocoagulation (MT) and Manyan Mixture (MM) for hypertrophic pharyngitis (HP). Methods: 60 cases of HP were allocated to two groups randomly, treatment group (30 cases) treated by MT and MM; and MT alone for control group. The curative effects were evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment. Results: Radit analysis showed that the clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group ( u = 3. 1684. P < 0. 01). The relief of foreign body sensation in the pharynx and the improvement of pharyngeal folliculo-sis were more marked in treatment group ( P < 0. 05) . After a follow - up survey for six months, the recurrence rate was low and the long-term effect was satisfactory in the treatment group. Conclusion: MT combined with MM can markedly increase the curative effect of HP. The effect of MM is related to its action of expelling blood - stasis, resolving sputum, easing the throat and dispering masses.
