摘要
按照不同的冲裁方式将异形废料分为正修边废料、侧修边废料与正修侧修复合废料,这三类废料因外形、尺寸、冲裁方式都存在不同程度的卡料情况,根据实际生产情况,废料卡料频次及维修复杂程度为正修侧修复合>侧修边废料>正修边废料,为缩短维修周期及节约成本,运用运动过程仿真软件Adams对这三类异形废料滑落的过程进行模拟,通过模拟结果分析废料滑出规律,制定卡废料整改方案并验证。结果表明,Adams不仅能模拟废料滑出过程,还能对废料滑出设置外力装置进行验证,达到优化工艺、缩短模具整改和交付周期的目的。
According to different blanking methods,the special-shaped scraps were divided into positive trimming scrap,side trimming scrap and compound trimming scrap.Due to the shape,size and punching method,the three types of scraps were jammed in different degrees.According to the actual production results,the clipping frequency and the repairing complexity of compound trimming scraps was more than side trimming scraps,and more than positive trimming scraps.In order to reduce maintenance cycle and cost,the motion process simulation software Adams was used to simulate the sliding process of the three types of special-shaped scraps.Through the simulation results,the scrap slipping rules were analyzed and the scrap rectification plan was formulated and verified.The results showed that the Adams could not only simulate the sliding process of scraps,but also verify the external force device for scraps,so as to optimize the process,shorten the cycle of die modification and delivery.
