福建柘荣不同品种太子参浸出物及多糖含量测定

Experimental Study on the Extracts and Polysaccharides of Different Sarieties of Pseudostellaria heterophylla from Zhelong Fujian Province

目的:考察闽产太子参"柘参2号"与新品种"柘参3号"浸出物及多糖含量的差异,为不同品种太子参质量评价奠定基础。方法:采用冷浸法测定太子参水溶性浸出物含量;采用加热回流提取、苯酚硫酸法测定太子参中多糖含量。结果:15批次"柘参2号"太子参浸出物含量在29. 78%～36. 30%、多糖含量在31. 14%～38. 74%范围之间; 15批次"柘参3号"太子参浸出物含量在35. 84%～43. 83%,多糖含量在32. 16%～41. 48%范围之间。结论:"柘参3号"太子参浸出物和多糖含量均显著高于"柘参2号",新品种"柘参3号"太子参在浸出物、多糖含量指标方面优于"柘参2号"。

Objective To inspection the difference of the extracts and polysaccharide content of the new cultivar“Zheshen No.3”(ZS3)and the“Zheshen No.2”(ZS2),and to lay the foundation for quality evaluation of high quality varieties of Radix Pseudostellariae.Methods The method of cold soak in the determination of the extract was used to determine ZS2 and ZS3;The content of polysaccharides in Radix Pseudostellariae was determined by heating reflux extraction and phenol sulfuric acid method.Results The extracts of the 15 batches of Radix Pseudostellariae in the ZS2 ranged from 29.78%to 36.30%,and the content of polysaccharides ranged from 31.14%to 38.74%.The extracts of the 15 batches of Radix Pseudostellariae in the ZS3 ranged from 35.84%to 43.83%,and the content of polysaccharides ranged from 32.16%to 41.48%.Conclusion The extracts and polysaccharide content of the new cultivar ZS3 is significantly higher than that of ZS2,to a certain extent,it can reflect that the quality of the new variety of ZS3 is higher than that of ZS2.
