摘要
设计研制了一种钛合金腰椎融合器 ,并进行生物力学测试。方法是取 18具新鲜成年男性L4 S1腰椎标本 ,处理成所需试样 ,分别进行前屈、后伸、左、右侧弯、左、右侧扭转、和轴向压缩实验 ,经统计学分析后自编程序拟合出载荷 位移曲线和扭矩 扭转角曲线。进行了粘弹性实验 ,方法是取 18具新鲜成年男性L4 S1腰椎标本 ,测定完整L4 S1(正常组 )、模拟后路间盘摘除植骨组 (对照 1组 )和模拟后路间盘摘除置入融合器组 (对照 2组 )L4 S1段腰椎的应力松弛和蠕变效应。得出了在恒应力、应变条件下应力、应变 时间曲线及数据。用回归分析的方法处理实验数据 ,得出了归一化应力松弛、蠕变函数及曲线 ,对后路间盘摘除植骨与置入纯钛融合器对脊柱稳定性的影响进行分析讨论。
Designed and made a kind of lumbar vertebral fusion cage of titanium and then did research on the biomechanics properties. Got the lumbar vertebrae (L4-S1) from eighteen fresh corpses and made them into the needed samples. Then did the front flexion, back tensile, left and right bent, left and right torsion and axial compression test on them. After statistically analyzing the data got the load-displacement curves and the torsion moment-torsion angle curves by computer program. Also did research on the viscoelastic properties by simulating surgical operation. Got the lumbar vertebraes (L4-S1) from eighteen fresh corpses then measured the stress relaxation and the creep effects of the normal group (intact lumbar vertebrae L4-S1), the first control group (simulating the operation of planting bones on the back route after excising disc intervertebrales) and the second control group (simulating the operation of inserting fusion cage after excising discs intervertebrales). Obtained the stress-time, strain-time curves and data under the condition of constant stress and strain of them. Processed the data by using regression analysis method and obtained the reduced stress relaxation and creep functions and curves. Finally, analyzed and discussed the effects on the spine's stability of the planting bone on the back route operation and inserting fusion cage operation after excising disc intervertebrales.
