基于磁阀式可控电抗器的无功补偿系统 被引量:47

摘要 电气化铁路自然功率因数低 ,现有的并联电容补偿方式难以使系统达到标准要求 ,影响了企业的经济效益。用磁阀式可控电抗器调节电气化铁路系统的无功功率 ,主要需要解决的内容有非线性电路的无功功率的测量和快速调节 ,保证功率因数保持在 0 .9以上。以利用直流电流控制铁芯的磁饱和度来达到平滑调节目的的磁阀式可控电抗器为补偿元件 ,晶闸管为执行元件 ,用 80 C1 96KC单片机进行控制 ,保证了补偿的快速性、准确性、合理性。实验和样机试运行均表明 :该动态无功补偿系统能快速补偿系统无功 ,使功率因数保持在较高水平 ,很好地改善了供电质量 。 Natural power factor in electric railway system is low and the mode of compensation with parallel capacitor can't make the factor satisfy the standards, which affect the economic benefit. Using the valve controllable reactor to control the reactive power of electric railway system, witch must solve the problem of reactive power measurement, and adopt the quick adjust method to insure the power factor higher than 0.9.The reactors control the magnetic saturation with direct current realizing smooth adjustment. Adopting the reactors as compensatory component, the thyristors as executive part and the SCM 80C196KC as controlling section, can insure the high speed and precision and make the system more reasonable. The experiments and running tests all indicate that the dynamically compensatory system of reactive power can compensate the reactive power speedily and make the power factor on the high level. The device improves the quality of power supply and the economic benefit of the power department.
