摘要
以玉露桃果实为试材,分析了桃果实后熟衰老进程中内源ABA、IAA和乙烯水平的变化,探讨其相互关系,以及对果实后熟软化进程的调控机制。结果表明,桃果实乙烯跃变始于采后第3天,跃变峰值出现在采后第8天;采后初期ABA含量迅速积累,于采后第3天达到高峰,随后趋下降;但IAA水平在果实后熟软化进程中呈持续下降趋势。ABA和IAA水平在后熟软化末期均有所增加。
The fruit of Yulu peach variety(Prunus persica)were used for observing the changes in the levels of endogenous abscisic acid(ABA),indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and ethylene at20℃in order to gain understanding of their relationship and regulating mechanism during fruit ripening.The results showed:at the beginning of softening,fruit ethylene production rose slightly,the rise of the climacteric initiated on the3rd day after harvest and the climacteric peak appeared when the fruit had already softened up to about 2~3kg /cm 2 ;ABA seemed to be involved in the initiation of fruit softening,it accumulated at the beginning of fruit ripening and reached its peak value on the3rd day after harvest accompanied with the rapid degrada-tion of IAA in the fruit.It is suggests that the balance of endogenous hormones may play a more important role in regulating fruit ripening compared with the change of single hormone in the ripening fruit.
