摘要  以氯化锂为催化剂,对叔丁醇与乙酸酐之间的酰化反应进行了研究,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量以及酐醇摩尔比对乙酸叔丁酯收率的影响。结果表明,氯化锂有较好的催化活性,当反应条件为:反应温度为60℃;反应时间为4h;酐醇摩尔比为2∶1;催化剂摩尔分数为12%时乙酸叔丁酯的分离收率可达到67.7%,且所得产品无色透明,具有很高的纯度。合成反应条件温和,反应时间较短,操作简便,后处理过程简单,无三废产生。产品经红外光谱进行了表征。 The acylation of tert-butanol reacted with anhydride was studed by using lithium chloride as catalysts. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of catalyst on the yield of tert-butyl acetate were investigated. The experiment result shows that lithium chloride has a good catalytic activity. The yield of tert-butyl acetate is 67.7% , with the temperature of reaction being 60 ℃,mole ratio of acetic anhydride to tert-butanol being 2∶1,rection time being 4 h,the amount of lithium chloride being 12%.The product is colorless and transparent. In this process, under mild reaction condition there is no wastewater, waste solid and waste gas produced. In addition, the processing operation is simple with reaction time being shorter and after-treatment being easy. The product was characterized by IR.
