乳癌患者乳头受累危险因素的研究

Preliminary Study on Risk Factors of Involvement of the Nipple by Breast Cancer

从1987年7月至1989年6月,对我科104例乳癌患者的术后乳头离体标本作了病理切片检查,以了解乳头受癌肿累及的危险因素。104例患者中20例(19.2％)乳头受累及。乳癌的临床分期、癌肿——乳头距、乳头外观改变及腋淋巴结转移数因素为乳癌患者乳头受累的有统计学显著意义的危险因素。

Pathological examination of the nipples taken from the surgical specimens was performed on 104 patients with breast cancer from July, 1987 through June, 1989. The purpose of the study was to investigate the risk factors of the nipple involvement by breast cancer. Twenty of 104 cases (19.2%) sufferred from nipple invasion by breast cancer. Data analyses showed that the clinical staging of breast cancer, distance of cancer mass to the nipple, the change in the shape of nipple and numbers of metastatic axillary nodes were the risk factors of nipple involvement of breast cancer having in statistical significance.
