摘要
目的:比较左金丸与反左金对寒、热型胃粘膜损伤炎症因子和保护因子的影响。方法:通过无水乙醇和冰水加NaOH建立大鼠寒、热胃粘膜损伤模型,采用放射免疫法比较左金丸和反左金对大鼠血液和胃粘膜中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)的作用。结果:在胃热损伤模型中,左金丸疗效优于反左金,能明显降低IL-8的产生(P<0.05),粘膜TNF-α含量略有降低,PGE_2变化不明显;而在胃寒损伤模型中,左金丸的作用不明显,反左金预防损伤的药效优于左金丸。结论:左金丸与反左金在寒、热不同的胃粘膜损伤模型上对炎症因子和保护因子有不同的作用水平;两方的胃粘膜保护作用与内源性防御PGE_2的合成和释放无关;左金丸的保护作用可能与抑制炎症因子有关。
Objective: To compare the effect of Zuojin pill and Retrozuojin pill on inflammatory and protective factors in rats with gastric mucosa lesion of cold and hot type. Methods: The rat model with gastric mucosa lesion of cold and hot type was induced by anhydrous alcohol and sodium hydroxide with ice water respectively. The contents of IL-8, TNF-α, PGE2 in the blood and gastric mucosa tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: In the models of hot type, ZP depressed the content of IL-8 obviously( P <0. 05), depressed TNF-a level mildly, and had no obvious effect on PGE2. The effect of Retro-zuojin was superior to that of ZP in the models of cold type. Conclusion: (1) Because of different predomination of cold and hot type, ZP and Retro-zuojin showed different effect on inflammatory factors and protective factor in rats with gastric mucosa lesion of cold and hot type; (2) The protective effect of the two prescriptions had no relationship with synthesis and release of PGE2; (3) ZP may protect gastric mucosa through depressing inflammatory factors.
