依法治国方略的提出 ,为法学人才培养模式的研究提供了广阔空间。新形势下法学教育必须实现以下几个转变 :加速法学教育的发展 ;打破法学教育是职业教育的单一思维 ;实行多层次办学 ,人才培养多元化 ;注重法学思维的训练 ,培养具有法的精神的人才 ;加强教学实践环节 ;改变“工具主义”的教育模式等。为此 ,必须从实际出发 ,构建新型法律人才培养模式 ,把法学教育理念和人才培养目标植根于中国实际。

The strategy of 'governing the state in accordance with the law' supplies capacious research void for jurisprudence education patterns of fostering legal personnel. Following mutations should be undertaken: accelerating the development of jurisprudence education; breaking through the single thought of regarding law education as occupational bring-up;permitting multiple schooling; putting the emphasis on thinking and usage of thinking method in legal education and cultivating legal personnel with juristic sprites;improving the practical teaching contents and reforming teaching patterns of 'instrumentalism'. Based on our practicalities, a new idea of jurisprudence education and new structure of cultivating legal personnel must be established.
