摘要
从枸骨(IlexcornutaLindl.exPaxt.)中分离得到20个化合物,鉴定了16个,分别为:枸骨甙1(Gouguside1,Ⅴ)即坡摸酸3 β O α L 吡喃阿拉伯糖甙;枸骨甙2(Gouguside2,Ⅵ)即3 β O D 吡喃葡萄糖基坡摸酸 β 28 O D 吡喃葡萄糖酯;枸骨甙3(Gouguside3,Ⅶ)即3 β O (β D 吡喃葡萄糖基) α L 吡喃葡萄糖基坡摸酸 β 28 O D 吡喃葡萄糖酯的类似物;枸骨甙4(Gouguside4,ⅩⅦ)即3 β O (β D 吡喃葡萄糖基) α L 吡喃葡萄糖基坡摸酸 β 28 O D 吡喃葡萄糖酯;枸骨甙5(Gouguside5,ⅩⅧ)即坡摸酸3 β O α L 2′ 乙酰氧基吡喃阿拉伯糖基 28 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖酯,枸骨甙6(Gouguside6,ⅩⅨ)即3 β O (β D 吡喃葡萄糖基) α L 4 乙酰氧基吡喃阿拉伯糖基坡摸酸 β 28 O D 吡喃葡萄糖酯;枸骨甙7(Gouguside7,ⅩⅩ)即3 β O α L 吡喃阿拉伯糖基 28 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖酯;胡萝卜甙(daucostorolⅧ);2,4 二羟基苯甲酸(2,4 dihydroxybenzoicacidⅠ);3,4 二羟基桂皮酸(3,4 dihyroxycinnamunicacidⅡ、Ⅳ);长链脂肪酸或醇5个(Longchainfattyacid,Ⅲ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、ⅩⅣ)。在鉴定的16个化合物中,枸骨甙1、枸骨甙2、枸骨甙6和枸骨甙7为首次从枸骨中分离得到,枸骨甙3和枸骨甙4为新化合物。
Twenty compounds have been isolated from the leaves of Chinese holly ( Ilex cor nuta Lindl. ex Paxt.), Among them, 16 compounds have been identified i.e. Gouguside 1 (pomolic acid 3-β-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside Ⅴ); Gouguside 2 〔 3-β-O- D-glucopyranoside-pomolic acid (28→1)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester Ⅵ〕; Goug uside 3 〔like 3-β-O-(β-D- glucopyranosyl-α-L- arabinopyranosyl) - pomolic acid(28→ 1)-β-D- glucopyranosyl ester Ⅶ〕; Gouguside 4 〔3-β-O-(β-D- glucopyr anosyl-α -L-arabinopyranosyl)-pomolic acid(28→1)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester ⅩⅦ〕; Gougu side 5 ( pomolic acid 3-β-O-α-L-2′-acetoxyl- arabinopyranosyl-28-O- β-D-gluco pyranosyl ester, namely Cornutaside A, ⅩⅧ); Gouguside 6 〔3-β-O-( β-D-glucopy ranosyl- (1→2)- 4′- acetoxyl-α-L-arabinopyranosyl pomolic acid (28→1) -β-D- glucopyranosyl ester ⅩⅨ〕; Gouguside 7(3-β-O-α-L-arabinopyra nosyl-pomolic ac id -28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl erter ⅩⅩ); Daucostorol (Ⅷ); 2, 4-dihydroxybenzo icacid (Ⅰ); 3, 4- dihyroxycinnamunic acid (Ⅱ?Ⅳ) and 5 Longchain fatty acids ( Ⅲ?Ⅵ?Ⅶ?Ⅷ?ⅩⅣ)?Of which, Gouguside 1, Gouguside 2, Gouguside 6 and Go uguside 7 were first isolated in I. cornuta, Gouguside 3 and Gouguside 4 ar e new compounds.
