摘要
文章分析了喷溅侵蚀产生的机理,指出力的作用、熔池气泡的逸出、液池瀑沸是导致喷溅产生的直接原因。进一步研究发现:熔池大小、熔池几何尺寸和熔池温度是表征熔池特征的3个基本参数;熔池的喷溅概率由熔池基本参数决定。在此结论的基础上,运用统计概率的方法建立了能预测交流大电流情况下的喷溅侵蚀的理论模型。该模型的仿真结果与试验吻合。仿真结果表明热导率、比热和其他材料参数对喷溅侵蚀产生重要影响。这种能衡量金属喷溅量相对大小的数学模型为触头材料的选材提供了理论依据。
The mechanism of sputter erosion of contact materials is analyzed in this paper and It is pointed out that sputter erosion is caused by three aspects which are the forces acting on the molten pool, blowing up of air bubble inside the molten zone and boiling over of the molten pool. Further study shows that size, geometric shape and temperature of the molten pool are the three essential parameters in representing the characteristics of the pool. The model of sputter erosion is esta-blished with the above three parameters for predicting erosion sequence of different contact materials. The computer simula-tion results coincide well with experimentation and it is indica-ted that heat conduction, specific heat and other parameters of materials have significant effect on sputter erosion.
