摘要
研究客户关系管理(CRM)中的客户建模问题,着重分析了数据挖掘技术如何用于决策支持.在此基础上,描述了客户建模的步骤,分析常用的数据挖掘技术.然后,对数据挖掘在客户建模中应用的典型实例进行了分析.
The problem of customer modeling in CRM is examined. And it is maily analysed that how data mining techniques are used to support the decision making. The steps towards customer modeling is described. A general overview of most used data mining methods is present, and the analysis of three wellknow examples of customer modeling from the data mining literature are given.
