摘要
目的 观察高温作用后大鼠视网膜热休克蛋白 70 (HSP 70 )的表达和分布。方法 SD大鼠在高温环境生存 2h ,分别于 4、18、2 4、48h后摘除眼球 ,用免疫组织化学方法观察大鼠视网膜中HSP 70的表达和分布。结果 高温后及正常对照组视网膜各层的均有HSP 70的表达 ,各层高温后 18h与对照组比较差异均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,随时间的延长而逐渐降低。结论 高温可诱导视网膜各层组织HSP 70的表达增高。
Objective]To observe the expression and distribution of the heat shock protein 70 of the rats' retina after whole body hydrothermia.[Methods]After 2 hours' whole body hyperthermia, the rats' eyeballs were picked out after 4 hr, 18 hr, 24 hr and 48 hr. Immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression and distribution of HSP 70 in the rats' retina.[Results]Heat shock protein 70 expressed in every layer of retinas of both the normal group and the control group. Significant difference was found 18 hr after hyperthermia compared with the control group (P<0.01), but decreased with the time.[Conclusion]Hyperthermia may lead to the increase of HSp 70 expression in all layers of the retina.
