摘要
介绍了电网继电保护及故障信息管理系统的总体框架、功能定位以及主站和子站的设计方案。着重讨论了在系统结构方面各种装置接入的复杂性、与监控系统的互联方式、系统的安全可靠性和数据流向的分析及控制 。
This paper introduces the overall framework, function subdivisions, master station and substation schemes of protective and fault management information system (PFMIS) of power systems. Emphasis is placed on such problems as the complexity of the device linkage, the mode of interconnection with the SCADA system, the security and reliability, data flow analysis and control with respect to system architecture. Attention is called to several problems in the construction of PFMIS of power systems.
