尼莫地平对噪音所致脑损害的保护作用

摘要 目的 探讨尼莫地平(Nimodipine)对噪音刺激诱发心理应激的防护作用。方法 将86 dB噪音刺激5 min的SD大鼠分为3组,注射Nimodipine 10 mg/kg,安定16.6 mg/kg,蒸馏水1 ml/只,继续噪音刺激2 h后处死,脑切片同时进行免疫组化方法染色,观测Fos蛋白在室旁核等处的标记。结果 Nimodlipine、安定组同蒸馏水组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。动物行为变化也显著不同。结论 Nimodipine能抑制噪声所致的心理应激和Fos蛋白在SD大鼠下丘脑神经核团的表达。 Objective To study the protection of nimodipine for the mental stress caused by noise. Methods Three groups SD rats were stimulated by 86dB noise for five minutes, then were administrated nimodipine 10mg/kg, diazepam 16. 6mg/kg and distilled water 1ml a rat respectively. All rats were stimulated by noise for 2 hours, then were killed, c-fos of brain sections were marking by immunohisto-chemical methods. Results Comparing with the distilled water group, c-fos expression of nimidipine group were lower (P < 0. 01), the motion was different. Conclusions Nimodipine can inhabit psychologic stress caused by noise and inhabit the expression of c-fos in hypothalamus.
