摘要
在系统研究PbO催化剂对苯胺与碳酸二甲酯反应合成苯氨基甲酸甲酯 (MPC)的催化性能的基础上 ,考察了不同载体负载的PbO的催化性能 ,筛选出活性较高的SiO2 载体 .以SiO2 为载体 ,考察了不同活性组分对MPC合成的催化性能 ,优选出了具有较高催化活性的In2 O3 /SiO2 催化剂 .在该催化剂的催化下 ,苯胺转化率可达 75 98%,MPC选择性为 78 2 4%.
The synthesis of methyl N-phenyl carbamate (MPC) from aniline and dimethyl carbonate (DMC) is a typical non-phosgene route. In this paper, the methoxycarbonylation of aniline with DMC was performed in a stainless steel autoclave. The products were analyzed by gas chromatography using a PEG 20M capillary column and biphenyl as the internal standard. The supported catalysts with 10% of active component were prepared by the pore volume impregnation method. Over the PbO catalyst the aniline conversion and MPC selectivity reach the maximum values when the reaction is carried out at 150 ℃ for 2 h. The selectivity for MPC decreases 20 percent after 8 reaction cycles, which means that the deactivation of the PbO catalyst is serious. Different supports were tested to enhance the stability of the PbO catalyst and SiO 2 is found to be the best one. Different metal oxide catalysts supported on SiO 2 were investigated. The results show that In 2O 3/SiO 2 has the highest aniline conversion and MPC selectivity. The service life of In 2O 3/SiO 2 is longer than that of PbO. The aniline conversion and MPC selectivity over In 2O 3/SiO 2 are 75.98% and 78.24%, respectively.
