脂质过氧化反应在脊髓损伤中的作用

摘要 本实验通过大鼠脊髓损伤模型,观察了抗氧化剂对组织和血清丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果表明:大鼠脊髓损伤2h 后,损伤组织中 MDA 含量已明显高于对照组(P<0.05),3d 后增高更著(P<0.01);血清 MDA 在损伤2h 后已极明显高于对照组(P<0.01),以后逐渐降低。维生素 E、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶及二甲基亚砜均能显著降低损伤组织 MDA(P<0.01)和血清 MDA(P<0.05)。提示脊髓损伤后组织脂质过氧化反应增强,早期应用抗氧化剂,可作为减轻继发损害的一项有效治疗。 The effect of antioxidants on the malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum and spinal cord of rats was observed with rats'model of spinal cord injury.The data showed that the level of MDA in damaged tissue was increased as compared with that in control(P less than 0.05)in 2 hours after spinal cord injury,and increased further in 3 days.In the meanwhile,serum MDA of rats wish damaged spinal cord was significantly higher than that of control,and decreased latter.The results also revealed that vitamin E,superoxide dismutase catalase and dimethyl sulfoxide could markedly decrease the level of MDA in serum and spinal cord of rats with spinal cord injury.These results suggest that there must be increased lipid peroxidation in injuried spinal cord,and early administration of antioxidants may ameliorate the secondary injury of spinal cord.
