摘要
我们分别测定了44例肾病患儿血清和尿中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和维生素 E(VE),结果为肾病期患儿血 SOD 和血 VE 明显下降,尿 SOD 和尿 VE 却显著升高;肾炎性肾病血 SOD 和血 VE 降低、尿 SOD 和尿 VE 升高均比单纯性肾病显著;激素敏感患儿血 SOD 和血VE 比激素依赖和激素耐药患儿高,但尿 SOD 和尿 VE 却比后两组低。研究结果提示,肾病患儿抗氧化能力明显低下,尿中抗氧化物的丢失可能为其原因之一。
Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and vitamin E(VE)in serum and in urine of 44 children with primary nephrotic syndrome were measured.Data showed that(1)marked reduction of SOD and VE in serum;(2)elevation of SOD and VE in urine innephrotic peroid;(3)these in nephritic nephrosis were more prominent than those in simple nephrosis;(4)the serum concentration of SOD and VE of patients with response to steroid was markedly higher than that of patients with dependent steroid and resistant steroid,but the urinary level of SOD and VE of the former were significantly lower than that of the latter.The results suggest that there may be obvious deficiency of antioxidizing capacity in nephrotic hildren,and the loss of antioxidants from urine may be one of the causes.
