摘要
温度是影响电源模块工作寿命的重要因素。通过研究阿列纽斯方程,得到两种提高模块工作寿命的方法,即采用长寿命的电解电容和增强模块的散热能力。在不同环境温度下测量电解电容的温升数据,对比研究这两种方法对提高模块寿命的影响。分析结果表明,这两种方法均能极大地提高电源模块的工作寿命。改进后的电源模块,可以在现场长期工作,大大降低了更换周期和维护成本。
Temperature is an important factor affecting the working life of the power supply module.Through the research of Arrhenius equation,two methods to improve the working life of the module has been obtained,the electrolytic capacitor using long-life,and enhanced the heat dissipation capability of module.By measuring the temperature rise data of the electrolytic capacitors in different environmental temperature,comparative study of two methods to improve module life.The analysis results show that the two methods can greatly improve the working life of power supply module.The power supply module is improved,can be longterm work in the field,greatly reducing the replacement cycle and maintenance costs.
