乡村食品安全问题分析与对策研究——以广西为例 被引量:8

摘要 食品作为人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础,与广大群众的生命健康和切身利益息息相关。近年来,乡村食品安全状况堪虞,安全事件频繁曝光,给食品行业带来负面影响。主要依据广西乡村地区食品生产加工环节、批发零售环节、餐饮行业和消费者消费状况的调查数据,深入系统地分析了广西乡村地区食品行业中存在的食品安全问题。针对食品安全问题产生的深层次原因进行分析,从政府监管部门进一步加强对乡村食品安全工作的重视、建立健全第三方监管食品安全的监管体制、大力加强乡村食品流通渠道建设和食品安全信息化建设、强化乡村食品消费者和生产经营者的食品安全意识、加强乡村食品安全考核标准体系和责任追究制度建设等5个方面提出解决广西乡村地区食品安全问题的对策和建议。 As the material basis for human survival and development, food is closely related to the health and vital interests of the masses. In recent years, the worrying status of food safety of countryside and frequently exposured security incidents has brought serious negative effects to the food industry. Based on the investigation data of food production and processing, wholesale and retail links, catering industry and consumer consumption in rural areas of Guangxi, the food safety problems in the food industry in rural areas of Guangxi were analyzed. In view of the deep-seated causes of food safety problems, from government supervisory authorities, the emphasis on rural food safety work should be strengthened, the supervision system for food safety supervision by third parties should be established and improved, the construction of rural food distribution channels and food safety informatization should be vigorously strengthened, the safety awareness of food for rural food consumers, producers and operators should be strengthened, rural food safety assessment standard system, and establishment of responsibility investigation system should be improved. Those five countermeasures and suggestions for solving the food safety problems in rural areas of Guangxi were put forward.
