摘要
提出混合多准则群决策法评价制造商绿色供应链管理能力.首先,运用AHP法构建含6个准则17个指标的绿色供应链管理能力指标体系;然后,综合调研信息和专家评价数据形成混合决策矩阵、综合Theil不均衡指数和改进的灰关联偏离分析确定混合指标权重、综合专家指标熟悉度和专家参评对象熟悉度确定混合专家权重;再次,将所提决策法用于汽车制造商的绿色供应链管理能力评估;最后,将所提方法与VIKOR和TOPSIS法作对比分析.研究结果表明:1)中国汽车业整体供应链绿色化水平还有较大提升空间,国有车企的绿色化意识和水平相对较高,民营车企需迎头赶上;2)构建的绿色供应链管理能力多准则多指标体系能够反映制造商的绿色供应链管理能力;3)混合多准则群决策法弱化了主观随意性和客观刚性,与VIKOR和TOPSIS法异曲同工,为绿色供应链管理能力评估提供了又一贴近实际、科学可行的评价方法.
This paper proposes a hybrid multi-criteria group decision making method to evaluate manufacturers’Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM)capability.The hierarchy with 6 criteria and 17 indicators is designed and constructed by AHP.Hybrid Decision Matrix is composed by processed investigation data and evaluation data gathered from workshops and experts from the Chinese automotive industry and related research sectors.Hybrid criteria weights are estimated by the means of Theil inequality index and extended application of grey relational deviation analysis.Hybrid experts’weights are calculated based on their familiarity with indicators as well as evaluated items.GSCM capabilities on selected Chinese automotive enterprises are assessed to illustrate the application of the proposed approach.Three findings of this research axe:1)the overall greening of selected Chinese automotive manufacturers is still unsatisfactory.2)the constructed multi-criteria system of green supply chain management capability can reflect the green supply chain management capability of manufacturers.3)the proposed method is more practicable and feasible with less subjective unbending and objective inflexibility,and the evaluation results were similar to that from VIKOR and TOPSIS,which will help decision makers to assess GSCM capabilities.
