摘要
对连铸保护渣的粘度—温度曲线及熔化温度性能等进行了试验研究 ,得出基本组分对保护渣性能的影响规律 ;对粘度—温度曲线形状的分析研究 ,确定了保护渣的性能改进方向 ,结合济钢连铸生产中存在的问题 ,开发出两种新的保护渣。
The main properties of mold flux such as the viscosity-temperature curve and melting point have been experimentally studied and law of effects of the essential constituents on the properties of the mold flux found out.By analysis and studies on the shape of viscosity-temperature curve the right way to improve the proproties of the flux is determined.Two new type mold flux have already been developed in light of the problems existing in the continuous casting in Jinan Iron & Steel Corp.
