碱蓬籽油强化提取方法对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用微波强化提取法、超声强化提取法及超声-微波协同法提取碱蓬籽油,从最佳提取工艺条件、出油率、主要脂肪酸种类及相对含量三个方面对三种强化提取方法加以对比分析。结果表明,协同法的出油率为20.34%±0.23%,略低于超声法,提取时间仅为6 min,是超声法提取时间的11.54%,且为微波法的一半。协同法所含四种主要脂肪酸(亚油酸(C18:2)、油酸(C18:1)、棕榈酸(C16:0)及硬脂酸(C18:0))的相对含量的总量最高,达98.51%,优于其他两种强化提取方法。证明超声-微波协同法是碱蓬籽油比较理想的强化提取方法。 Microwave-assisted extraction(MAE),ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE)and ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction(UMSE)were respectively adopted to extract Suaeda salsa seed oil.The three improved extraction methods were compared and analyzed from the aspects of optimal extraction conditions,oil yield,composition and relative content of main fatty acid.The results showed that the oil yield of UMSE was 20.34%±0.23%,which was slightly lower than the UAE;The extraction time of UMSE was 6 min,which was 11.54%of UAE and half of MAE.In the oil extracted by UMSE,the total content of four kinds of main fatty acids(linoleic acid(C18:2),oleic acid(C18:1),palmitic acid(C16:0)and stearic acid(C18:0))was 98.51%,which was all superior to other improved extraction methods.These all showed that UMSE was the ideal improved extraction method of Suaeda salsa seed oil.
