度洛西汀联合奥氮平治疗有精神症状的功能性消化不良200例临床研究

目的研究度洛西汀联合奥氮平对有精神症状的功能性消化不良(FD)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1—12月就诊有精神症状的FD患者200例,分观察组、对照组各100例,对照组行常规药物治疗辅以度洛西汀,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合奥氮平,疗程8周,以GSRS积分,HAMD评分指标观察。结果观察组治疗后GSRS积分减分率80.98%,对照组减分率27.37%;观察组治疗后HAMD评分减分率50.35%,对照组27.93%,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论有精神症状的FD者,以度洛西汀联合奥氮平疗效优于单辅度洛西汀。

Objective To research functional dyspepsia with psychiatric symptoms was associated with the clinical control of olanzapine combined with duloxetine and duloxine. Methods To choose clinic in January 2017 to December 2017 of mental symptoms of FD patients 200 cases, observation group, the control group(n = 100), the control line with duloxetine routine therapy, the observation group based in the control group treatment auxiliary degrees on the los paxil in combination with olanzapine, treatment course 8 weeks, GSRS integral, HAMD score index observation. Results GSRS integral, the subtraction rate of the observation group was 80.98%, and the control group decreased by 27.37%. The score of HAMD was 50.35%, and 27.93% in the control group, and the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion the FD with psychiatric symptoms was selected to combine with olanzapine in combination with olanzapine to be superior to single-assisted loxetine
