摘要
目前,高等学校中大学生的情商水平偏低,学校在人才培养方面存在着智商教育硬和情商教育软的现象。文章在分析情商教育特点的基础上,探讨了应采取的对策。
At present, college students have very low emotion-quotient level, and much attention is paid to intelligence-quotient education and less to emotion-quotient education in colleges and university. This paper makes an analysis of the characteristics of emotion-quotient education and puts forward some countermeasures to cope with this situation.
