The Synthesis of 1,5-diaryl-1,4-pentadien-3-ketone Under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 以芳醛、丙酮为原料 ,在碱性条件下经微波辐射快速合成了一系列 1,5 -二芳基 - 1,4 -戊二烯 - 3-酮 ,反应在1min左右完成 ,得率 6 1%~ 86 %。 A series of 1,5-diaryl-1,4-pentadien-3-ones were synthesized rapidly and efficiently by the condensation of acetone and seven aromatic aldehydes under microwave irradiation.The reaction was completed within one minute.The yield was 61%~86%.The structure was determined by IR spectral data and elemental analysis respectively.
