摘要
本文研究了Ti-1.5Al-0.5Fe-0.2Si钛合金薄板在不同变形量下冷轧的组织和性能,并经热处理后分析其显微组织和力学性能,探讨了不同冷轧变形量对薄板组织和性能的影响。结果表明Ti-1.5Al-0.5Fe-0.2Si钛合金具有良好的冷变形能力,冷轧变形量达70%时仍保持较好的塑性。通过分析不同冷变量对其组织和性能的影响,认为该合金冷轧变形量至少应达到40%才能获得较好的综合性能。
This paper studies the structure and properties of Ti-1. 5Al-0. 5Fe-0. 2Si titanium alloy sheet in different deformation of cold rolling. After heat treatment,it discusses different cold rolling deformation effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that Ti-1. 5Al-0. 5Fe-0. 2Si titanium alloy has a good cold deformation capacity.It keeps good plasticity even when cold rolling deformation is up to 70%. By analyzing the effect of different cold variables on the microstructure and properties,we learn that the alloy cold rolling deformation rate should reach at least 40% in order to obtain a better comprehensive properties.
