摘要
[目的]采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定不同批次蛇床子中6种香豆素类成分的含量,并建立指纹图谱分析方法评价其质量。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定蛇床子中花椒毒素、异虎耳草素、佛手柑内酯、欧前胡素、蛇床子素与异欧前胡素的含量,并对17批蛇床子药材进行指纹图谱相似度分析。色谱条件为Hedra ODS-2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);甲醇-0.1%甲酸水梯度洗脱,流速0.5 m L/min,检测波长为320 nm。[结果]测定了不同批次蛇床子中6种化学组分的含量,建立蛇床子HPLC指纹图谱,17批次药材与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.980以上。[结论]建立的蛇床子中6种香豆素成分同时测定的HPLC方法及指纹图谱可用于蛇床子的质量控制。
[Objective] A fingerprint analysis and simultaneous determination of six coumarins were established and validated to evaluate the quality of different batches of Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cuss. [Methods] The contents of xanthotoxin, isopimpinelline, bergapten,imperatorin, osthole and isoimperatorin were determined by HPLC. The analysis was carried out on Hedra ODS-2 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid water aqueous solution in gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.5 m L/min and the detection wave length was 320 nm. [Results] The contents of six components in various bathes of samples were determined and HPLC fingerprint was established. The similarities of 17 batches of Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cuss. were more than 0.980. [Conclusion] The established method could be suitable to evaluate the quality control of Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cuss.
