摘要
通过对加与不加稀土的30CrMnSi耐磨铸钢的组织分析和性能测定,研究了稀土对其韧性的影响。结果表明,稀土能细化钢的铸态组织,抑制或消除针状和网状铁素体,增加钢中的位错密度及位错马氏体的数量,改善夹杂物的形态及分布,从而提高钢的综合力学性能,特别是冲击韧性。
The effects of RE on toughness of 30CrMnSi wear resistance cast steel have been investigated by means of analysing microstruetures and measuring the properties of the steel with and without RE. The results show that RE can refine the as-cast microstructures, hinder or eliminate needle and network ferrite, increase the dislocation density and the quantity of the dislocated martensite, and improve the shape and distribution of inclusions. Therefore the me- chanical properties of the steel, especially the toughness, can be the steel enhanced.
