摘要 目的 评价89Sr和99Tc -MDP(云克 )联合治疗前列腺癌转移性骨肿瘤的疗效和副作用。方法 对 2 0例前列腺癌骨转移患者采用89Sr和99Tc -MDP联合治疗 ,分别从缓解骨痛、改善骨显像病灶和毒副作用 3个方面进行观察、随访。结果 缓解骨痛的总有效率为 86 .6 6 % ,8例患者骨显像原发病灶均有所改善。毒副作用主要为白细胞和血小板轻度降低 ,可恢复正常。结论 89Sr和99Tc -MDP联合治疗前列腺癌转移性骨肿瘤有较好疗效 。 Objective This work was done to evaluate the effectiveness and side effects of the therapy of radioactive nuclide strontium-89( 89 Sr)and techneyium-99 methytenediphonate ( 99 Tc-MDP)for malignant bony metastasis in the patients with advanced prostate cancer. Methods Twenty patients with skeletal metastasis received this treatment of 89 Sr and 99 Tc-MDP. The patients were observed and followed up with respect to pain control, lesion improvement and side effects. Results The overall effective rate of pain control was 86.66%. The lesion in eight patients as assessed by SPECT imaging, was improved. The main side effect was the mild recoverable descent of leukocytes and thrombocytes. Conclusion The treatment of 89 Sr and 99 Tc-MDP is very useful for malignant bony metastasis in patients with advanced prostate cancer, especially for metastatic bone pain.
