摘要
Ti基金属复合材料是一种新型高温结构材料。本文利用放电等离子烧结技术 ,在温度12 5 0℃、压力 30MPa、真空度 6Pa ,保温时间 10min条件下 ,制备了相对致密度较高的Ti/Al2 O3 复合材料。借助XRD ,SEM ,EDS等测试手段对该复合材料的物相组成、界面反应、微观结构以及致密度进行了观察与分析。结果表明 :利用SPS技术制备Ti/Al2 O3 的复合材料 ,晶粒细小且分布均匀 ,结构致密、2相之间结合状态良好 ,相对致密度随材料中陶瓷相含量的增多而有所降低。Ti,Al2 O3 2相之间无明显界面化学反应发生。
Ti-matrix composites are new-type high-temperature structural materials.Dense Ti/Al 2O 3 composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering technique at 1250℃,30MPa for 10min in a vacuum of 6Pa.The phase composition,interfacical reaction,microstructure and relative density of the composites were observed and analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy dispersive spectrum(EDS) etc.The results indicate that the composites are in fine grains and uniform distribution,compact microstructures,the phases combined well and no visible interaction occurred during fabrication of the Ti/Al 2O 3 composites.The relative density decreases with the increase of Al 2O 3 content.
