摘要
建立了反相液相色谱法定量分析对苯二甲酸 (PTA)中的对羧基苯甲醛 (4 -CBA)和对甲基苯甲酸 (PT酸 )含量的方法。应用HP110 0型高效液相色谱仪 ,采用ZORBAXStableBondSB -C18(5 μm× 4 6mm× 2 5 0mm)色谱柱 ,流动相为 0 0 5mol/LKH2 PO4 (pH =2 0 4) /乙腈体积比 =65 / 3 5 ,λ =2 5 4nm ,流速 0 8ml/min ,柱温 5 5℃ ,线性相关系数为 0 9998,4-CBA和PT酸的平均回收率分别为 95 0 %~ 10 4 0 %和 98 8%~ 10 1 1% ,相对标准偏差RSD分别为 0 85 %~ 2 85 %和 0 3 5 %~ 0 79%。
A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method for separation and determination of 4-carboxybenzaldehyde(4-CBA) and p-toluic acid(PT acid) in terephthalic acid(PTA) was described.A HP1100 liquid chromatography was used.A ZORBAX Stable Bond SB-C18 column was used with a mobile phase of 0.05mol/L KH 2PO 4(pH=2.04)/EtCN=65/35(V/V)and UV detection(λ=254 nm).Flow rate was 0.8 ml/min.Column temperature was 55 ℃?Linear regression coefficient was 0.9998.Average recovery was 95.0%~104.0% with relative standard deviations(RSD) 0.85%~2.85% for 4-CBA,and 98.8%~101.1% with RSD 0.35%~0.79% for PT acid.
