摘要
电磁继电器时间参数 (包括吸合时间、释放时间、触动时间、回跳时间等 )是保证其质量特性的重要参数 ,其中触动时间、超程时间、自由运动时间对研究继电器可靠性、动态性能具有重要意义。然而 ,以往的电磁继电器测试装置中往往忽视这三个时间参数的测试。通过分析电磁继电器的吸合动态过程 ,根据测试的线圈电流和触点电压的同步信号数据 ,采用高斯 牛顿法或麦克托法对触动时间进行分析 ,给出了触点超程时间和自由运动时间的分析算法。
Time parameters of electromagnetic relay, including pick up time, release time, armature actuation time, bounce time, etc, are important to guarantee its quality characteristics. Testing systems of electromagnetic relay's parameters developed in past usually neglected the test of armature actuation time, free moving time and over travel time etc, which in fact have big influence on dynamic characteristic and reliability of relay. On the basis of analyzing the dynamic pickup process of electromagnetic relay and using synchronous test data of coil current and contact voltage, this paper used Gauss Newton and Macalto methods to analyze armature actuation time, and gave out analysis algorithm of free moving time and over travel time.
