摘要
绩效薪酬制度是我国商业银行薪酬制度改革的取向。绩效薪酬制度的基础是绩效评估。有效率的绩效评估系统可以提升银行的人才竞争优势 ,其构建必须符合评估标准的公平性与准确性、评估周期的适宜性与及时性、评估结果的可纠正性以及评估体系的文化适应性等原则。同时 ,在我国商业银行存在大量冗员时 ,有效率的评估体系不仅要具有激励核心行员的功能 ,还必须赋予其鼓励低效率行员自动离职的职能。
Pay for performance program is based on performance appraisal. An effective system of performance appraisal can promote the competitive power by human force. To construct performance appraisal system,some principles must be followed: the fairness and accuracy of performance standards, fitness and betimes of intervals of job evaluation,rectififility of the first vealuate rating and the enculturation of appraisal system. Moreover, for our commercial banks, the system of performance appraisal must be gifted with talent to drive abundant personnel away from his post by ifself.
