摘要
考察了聚酰胺纤维异形化对于纤维拉伸性能、热性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,将平直纤维加工成凸端短纤维和竹节状短纤维 ,对纤维拉伸性能的影响不大 ,但纤维的热收缩减小 ,并使纤维的动态力学性能发生一定程度的变化。主要是凸端短纤维的储能模量降低 。
The influence of abnormal morphology on the tensile, thermal and dynamic mechanical properties of polyamide fiber was studied. The experimental results showed that the fiber morphology had little effects on the mechanical properties of the fibers when the plain fibers were processed into the enlarged-end and slubby staple fibers, but their thermal contraction decreased and the dynamic mechanical property changed to some extent,which resulted from the decrease of storage modulus and the increase of dynamic loss factor for the enlarged-end fiber.
