摘要
利用机械合金化制备Nd60Fe20Al10Co10非晶粉末,采用X射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究Nd60Fe20Al10Co10非晶的形成过程、磁性能变化及其与成分结构的关系。结果表明,90min后Al原子溶入Nd原子形成固溶体。球磨2h后出现少量非晶,20h后Co单质和Nd单质消失,组织为非晶相(含少量的α Fe)。球磨100h最终得到非晶+少量的α Fe纳米晶。球磨过程中,矫顽力随着合金中非晶的量增加而升高,球磨20h矫顽力达到43kA/m。Nd60Fe20Al10Co10合金具有硬磁性是由于非晶相的存在而造成的。
Nd60Fe20Al10Co10 amorphous powders were prepared by mechanical alloying. The amorphization procession and magnetic property of Nd60Fe20Al10Co10 were studied by X-ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetization. In the result, solid solution was occurred between Al atoms and Nd atoms firstly. And then some amorphous phase was formed for milling 2 h. After milling 20 h, Co atoms and Nd atoms disappeared and the alloy was mainly composed of amorphous phase. At last, the alloy was nearly amorphous state, including little of nanocrystalline α-Fe. During grinding, the coercive force of Nd60Fe20Al10Co10 was promoted constantly with increasing amount of amorphous phase, and reach to 43 kA/m after grinding 20 h. Amorphous phase led to the hard magnetism of Nd60Fe20Al10Co10.
