摘要
利用M 2 0 0 0型试验机考察了一种以聚苯酯、聚酰亚胺填充聚四氟乙烯复合材料 ,发现此复合材料具有优良自润滑性能 ,PTFE、EKONOL、PI之比为 5 0∶30∶2 0是本实验的最佳配比。运用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)对磨损表面进行观察和分析。研究结果表明 ,聚酰亚胺可以增加转移膜与对偶的结合强度 。
The friction and wear properties of Ekonol-PI-PTFE composites were investigated with M-2000 friction and wear tester. It is found that Ekonol-PI-PTFE composites have good self-lubricating, the volume of 30∶20∶50 with best frictional properties in this study. The worn surfaces of Ekonol-PI-PTFE composites were observed by a scanning electron microscope, as an attempt to examine the wear mechanism of Ekonol-PI-PTFE composites. Results of study shows that PI can increase the adhesion of the first transfer film against the opposite surface, Ekonol can reduce the coefficient of Ekonol-PI-PTFE composites effectively.
