摘要
目的调查厦门市湖里区蚊虫密度及种群构成,为有效控制蚊虫提供科学依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法,所采蚊虫带回实验室分类、鉴定、计数。结果湖里区采获蚊虫2属4种;淡色库蚊为优势种群。诱蚊灯诱蚊密度为1.35只/(灯·h)。成蚊密度城乡结合部、医院较高。密度随监测年份逐渐增加,2012-2013年高峰期出现在5、6月份。结论湖里区灭蚊工作可选在5、6月蚊虫密度高峰前开展,特别要加强城乡结合部和医院的灭蚊工作。
Objective To investigate the density of mosquitoes,and provide scientific evidence for mosquito control.Methods Lamp trapping method was applied,and mosquitoes trapped were classified and counted in laboratory.Results In total,4 species,2 genus of mosquito were captured,and Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species. The mosquito density was 1. 35 per lampperhour. The density of adult mosquitoes was higher in urban-rural fringe and hospitals. The density peaks appeared in May and June during 2012-2013. Conclusion The mosquito control should be conducted before the peak in May and June,and strengthened in urban-rural fringe and hospitals.
