摘要 干旱、盐渍和低温都能引起植物水分亏缺 ,在这期间植物细胞积累一系列的蛋白质来保护细胞免受脱水伤害 ,其中Lea蛋白是最普遍的一种。Lea蛋白具有亲水性和热稳定性。根据近年研究进展对Lea蛋白的结构。 During periods of water deficit imposed by drought, salinity and low temperature, plant cell accumulate a set of proteins that are thought to function in protecting cell from dehydration. Lea protein is the most common one. This paper concerns on the structure?classify and the regulation of gene expression of lea proteins. Recent progress of the lea protein research is described.
