介入治疗应用于产科重度出血性疾病的护理分析

Analysis of interventional treatment used in the nursing of obstetric severe hemorrhagic disease

目的:探讨介入治疗在产科重度出血性疾病护理中的应用价值。方法:2011年1月-2014年9月收治产科重度出血性疾病患者13例,均行盆腔动脉数字减影血管造影(DSA)并进行栓塞治疗,做好围术期护理,观察手术前后护理效果。结果:13例患者均抢救成功,未出现明显并发症,效果良好。结论:介入治疗应用于产科重度出血性疾病护理,具有较高的护理价值,可加快患者恢复进程。

Objective:To explore the application value of interventional treatment in obstetric severe hemorrhagic disease nursing. Methods:13 patients with obstetric severe hemorrhagic disease were selected from January 2011 to September 2014.They were given pelvic arterial digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and embolization treatment with good perioperative nursing.The nursing effects before and after operation were observed.Results:13 patients were rescued successfully.There was no obvious complications.The effect was good.Conclusion:The interventional treatment used in the nursing of obstetric severe hemorrhagic disease has higher nursing value.It can accelerate the recovery process of patients.
