增强CT高压注射造影剂外渗的预防护理及体会

Prevention nursing and experience of extravasation of contrast agent with high pressure injection in enhancement CT

目的:CT增强扫描是采用高压注射器经静脉快速注入造影剂,才能达到对疾病鉴别诊断的目的。但注射选用的血管要承受相当大的注射压力,因此造影剂出现不同程度的渗漏是CT增强扫描常见的并发症之一。探讨CT增强扫描时有效预防造影剂外渗的护理措施及发生外渗的正确处理方法,以减少给患者带来的痛苦,提高CT增强检查图像的质量。

In the enhanced CT scan,contrast agent is quickly injected into the vein by high-pressure syringe,in order to achieve the purpose of differential diagnosis of diseases.But the vessels selected for injection need to withstand considerable injection pressure,therefore,varying degrees of leakage of contrast agent is common complication in CT contrast enhanced scan.We explore the effective nursing measures to prevent extravasation of contrast agent in CT contrast enhanced scan and correct treatment method after extravasation, in order to reduce the pain of patients, and improve the quality of image in enhancement CT examination.
