液气式弹簧减振原理在浮箱链轨车链轨张紧方案中的应用

摘要 履带运输工具中,链轨的张紧度保持可调,能缓和从道路传来的冲击力,以免链轨过于局部张紧产生震跳而导致的冲击载荷、功率的额外消耗及加剧销轴和销孔间的磨损,严重时使链条总长伸长,引起跳齿或销轴的断裂。对小批量生产的各种链轨式物探装备,采用相同的结构尺寸,张紧力可在大范围调整,将有一定的实际意义。 The strain of caterpillar must be adjusted in caterpillar vehicle in order to ease the shock from the road, which can avoid the impact load and unnecessary consume of energy caused by tremble of locally over -stretched caterpillar, which speeds up the wear between pin bolt and pinhole, the total length of caterpillar may be extended, throwing caterpillar out of gear or causing pin bolt broken if the wear becomes severe. Adopting the device with same structural size and large scale adjusted strain for small batch and a wide variety of caterpillar geophysical equipment will have practical meaning.
