摘要
从病理生理学和与病害相关的微生物2个方面论述了松材线虫病致病机理的研究进展;从6个方面对病理生理学进行了阐述,包括水分代谢、活性氧代谢、苯丙烷类代谢、酶、毒素和激素,并指出了该领域今后的研究方向。
Pine wood nematode disease is the most devastating disease for pine trees. The research advance in pathogenic mechanism of pine wood nematode disease was reviewed from physiopathology and related microbes of the disease. Six aspects were involved in physiopathology, such as water metabolism, active oxygen metabolism, phenylpropanes metabolism, enzymes, toxins and hormones. Future research in this field was proposed in this paper.
