摘要 SCOT法工艺的主要缺点是装置投资、操作成本和能量消耗均相当高。鉴此,近年来SCOT法工艺的技术进步,总体上围绕2个相互关联的目标:即在提高硫磺回收率的同时节能降耗。分别从改进流程设计、操作条件、设备与仪表、溶剂与催化剂等途径,评述了SCOT法工艺的技术进步及其应用情况。 The main shortages of SCOT technology are rather high of unit investment, oper-ating cost and energy consumption. In view of the above-mentioned facts, the technology advances of SCOT process in recent years were generally around 2 interrelated targets, increasing sulfur recovery and saving energy simultaneously. In this article, the advances of SCOT technology and its application are reviewed in terms of the ways for improving flow scheme design, operation conditions, equipment and instrumentation, solvent, and catalyst respectively.
