钢包精炼炉(LF)为了配合短流程的炼钢工艺,在时间上满足连铸的生产节奏,需采用双工位的生产模式,双工位的形式分为:双钢包台车形式;钢包旋转形式;电极旋转形式。电极旋转形式有:小车式旋转机构、大回转支承机构。

Currently,for coordination making steel of short flow process and for satisfaction CC produce period,LF( ladle furnace) need to adopt double position productive mode. It is divided into: The double ladle car form,the ladle revolves form,the electrode revolves form. The electrode revolving form has small car type revolving mechanism and big swivelling support mechanism.
