摘要
目的 ]合成类心血管药物血栓烷合成酶抑制剂并观察其抗实验性心律失常作用 .[方法 ]将甲苯作为起始原料 ,采用亲电取代、claisen schmidt反应、溴化及相转移催化等方法 .[结果 ]合成了类心血管药物血栓烷合成酶抑制剂即 4 (1 苯并三氮唑甲基 )苯丙烯酸钠 .
OBJECTIVETo synthesize a new inhibitor f or thromboxane A 2 synthase and observe its antiarrhythmic effect.M ETHODS The toluene was as the original raw material, and the experiment was performed by the methods of electrphilic substitution, claisen-schmidt reac tion, bromide and mutual transferring catalyze.RESULTSThe inhibit or for thromboxane A 2 synthase, 4-(1-Benzotriazol-1-ylmethyl- phenyl)-ac rylic acid sodium was successfully synthesized.
