摘要
通过一个QC(质量管理)活动的案例,阐述在QC活动中应用AHP建立协调机制以提高QC小组整体预测判断能力的运作。其中,对于如何应用AHP基本原理而做某些调整变通,以开拓新的应用方面。
In order to increase the forecast ability for QC group, coordinating mechanism in quality control is described by an example of quality control in this paper. Meanwhile, how to apply AHP method for adjusting partly, is also studied.
